At our Clinic, to protect the safety of our patients, staff and to provide the best medical care smoothly, if any of the following acts of violent language, violence, harassment, or any of the following acts are recognized, you may be refused to take a medical treatment at our clinic and given an evacuation order to leave.

In addition, depending on the situation, we may ask the police to intervene. We also refuse to make referrals to other hospitals.

• Inflicting nuisance, danger, harm, or fear on other patients or staff by loud or strange voices, abusive language, or threatening behavior
• Violent acts against visitors and staff, or when there is a risk of such acts
• If you repeatedly make unreasonable requests that interfere our medical services or the work of staff.
• Forcing an apology or letter of apology
• Contacting employees without legitimate reason, obscene acts such as obscene remarks, and stalking
• Entering the hospital without justifiable reason and staying for a long time
• Unauthorized use, removal, or intentional destruction of hospital equipment
• Filming or recording without the consent of the hospital
• Other acts that are considered to be a nuisance to other visitors or the clinic and nuisance acts that interfere with medical care.
